- Mon to Thurs (7pm - 5am)
- Overtime available in abundance
Duties
- Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting
- Emergency light testing
- Power distribution
- Electrical fault-finding
- Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits
- PAT Testing
- Control Panel maintenance
- Transformers
- Star Delta Starters
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
- Water treatment - dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
- Boilers - re-sets
- Chillers - re-sets, 1st Line faults
- General fabric maintenance as required
Requirements
- C&G Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential)
- C&G 18th Edition (essential)
- Critical building maintenance experience (desirable)
