Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer
London - high end retail/commercial offices.
£45,000 + zones travel covered
Working for one of the UK leading facilities maintenance provider on a Monday to Friday basis, my client is seeking an experienced building services maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join their successful day team covering a prestigious contract across London covering high end retail stores and head offices.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- PPM's and reactive duties
- HVAC maintenance including AHU's, FCU's, VAV's, condensors, compressors etc
- Motors
- Emergency light testing
- Lamping
- Minor plumbing (blockages etc)
In order to be considered for the role you must have:
- City and Guilds/NVQ in electrical installation
- 18th Edition
- Good physical health
- Background in building service maintenance and hands on knowledge of HVAC systems
- Professional client facing attitude.
