Electrical M&E Foot Mobile Engineer – 43K + Zones 1 - 3 Travel CardI am currently representing a leading building services specialist who is currently in search of a Electrical bias Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing team in Central London. The successful candidate will be providing planned maintenance and reactive service to electrical & mechanical equipment on various high end commercial sites mainly consisting of Commercial office space and mixed use developments. The engineer would be working on but not limited to:
  • Responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance 
  • Undertaking weekly checks including fire alarm test 
  • Emergency lighting, 
  • Ballast changes, 
  • Filter and belt replacements, 
  • Pumps, 
  • AHUs, 
  • FCUs, 
  • BMS 
  • L8 checks including tap temps, domestic flushing 
  • Taking meter readings, 
  • Plant room and boiler house checks. 
  • Client and tenant facing 
  • Team player who can work on their own initiative 
This role is based on a 40-hour week, with the shift pattern being 8 -5. Overtime is available with the position. The ideal candidate would have their up-to-date 18th edition and Completion of a recognised industry qualification preferably an apprenticeship. Post apprenticeship experience preferably within the construction or maintenance industries. In return my client is willing to offer:
