Company Overview:

My client are looking to take on experienced multi skilled maintenance electrician to work on a large commercial site in the City.

  • Salary 4,000 - 45,000
  • Single Site - Commercial site in the City of London
  • Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
  • Generators
  • Air Conditioning Units
  • BMS lighting system's
  • Sprinkler systems
  • VRV's
  • Plant rooms
  • Ahus
  • Reactive maintenance

Requirements:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th/18th edition
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
