The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team on a short-term contract in London. Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Perform reactive maintenance to address urgent issues promptly.
- Carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations.
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Maintenance.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (essential).
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexible and adaptable, with good communication and teamwork skills.
