We're looking for an Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team on a large static site in Central London. This role involves planned & reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and ensuring all systems run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:?? Planned & reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems?? Fault diagnosis & repairs on power distribution, lighting, and control systems?? Emergency & call-out response (1 in 6 rota)?? Testing, inspection & compliance with 18th Edition and H&S regulations?? Basic mechanical and HVAC support as part of a multi-skilled team?? Record keeping & reporting to ensure maintenance logs are up to date
Requirements:- Level 3 electrical installations & 18th Edition qualified (essential)
- Experience in FM/building services
- Strong electrical & mechanical skills
