Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) NO CALL OUT
£45,000 + optional overtime
Static site - London Bridge
Large static site
- Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution.
- Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning.
- Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks
- Handle basic plumbing duties
- Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed.
- Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.
Requirements:
- Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
