Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer - Static Site (Central London)

Salary: 45,000 | Location: Central London
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM | Call-Out: 1 in 6

We're looking for an Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team on a large static site in Central London. This role involves planned & reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and ensuring all systems run efficiently and safely.



Key Responsibilities:

Planned & reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
Fault diagnosis & repairs on power distribution, lighting, and control systems
Emergency & call-out response (1 in 6 rota)
Testing, inspection & compliance with 18th Edition and H&S regulations
Basic mechanical and HVAC support as part of a multi-skilled team
Record keeping & reporting to ensure maintenance logs are up to date



Requirements:

  • Level 3 electrical installations & 18th Edition qualified (essential)
  • Experience in FM/building services
  • Strong electrical & mechanical skills
