Join my leading, UK FM providers team on a large static site in the City of London.

- £43k-£45k (dependant on experience & qualifications)
- Static high end commercial office space in EC3 postcode
- Monday - Friday (days only) - Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend (non-compulsory)
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- PPM activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
Requirements:
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
- 17th or 18th edition
