We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a brand new contract based in Liverpool Street! You will be joining a rapidly growing, well renowned building service provider. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, actively fault find / troubleshoot, carry out general building maintenance duties, update logbooks and ensure you're representing the company in a positive manner.The successful candidate for this role will be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G / NVQ / EAL or equivalent), at least 3 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer and have a good understanding of commercial building maintenance.Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Generators
- VAV/VRFs
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps & Motors
- Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Client facing attitude
- Good understanding of commercial building maintenance
Salary and Package:
- £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Zones 1 and 2 travel card
- Exposure to a new contract
- Overtime available
