Electrical Project Engineer needed to assist my client on a long term rail framework! This role is open to permanent and freelance candidates as the work will be ongoing.

My client is a well known principal contractor who require someone who can drive and is happy travelling to different sites across the South.

The selected candidates will need to come from an electrical background having worked on sizeable projects in the UK and can come from either a rail or building construction background. Scope of work will include upgrade works and also new projects.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Strong HSE focus - SMSTS
  • Production of RAMS
  • Development and running ITP and quality and handover process,
  • Working under PM
  • Checking install is meeting design scope
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors on site
  • Helping with planning and reporting
  • Direction of site teams

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Electrical Engineer in the past
  • Electrical degree or equivalent
  • A background in either infrastructure or building construction projects.
  • CSCS
