A leading global facilities management company is seeking an experienced Electrical Multiskilled Engineer to join their team, providing services to high-end commercial offices in Paddington, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer with expertise in closed water systems, boilers, and HVAC systems to work on a continental shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in a commercial office setting.
- Carry out inspections and planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, and closed water systems.
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Apply technical skills to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and building management to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, ideally within facilities management or commercial property maintenance.
- Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) and certifications.
- Strong experience working with closed water systems, boilers, and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
