A leading global facilities management company is seeking an experienced Electrical Multiskilled Engineer to join their team, providing services to high-end commercial offices in Paddington, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer with expertise in closed water systems, boilers, and HVAC systems to work on a continental shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in a commercial office setting.
  • Carry out inspections and planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, and closed water systems.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Apply technical skills to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and building management to deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, ideally within facilities management or commercial property maintenance.
  • Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) and certifications.
  • Strong experience working with closed water systems, boilers, and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
