A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Moorgate. CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Large commercial complex. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Electrical building maintenance to the following.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- 2on, 2off, 3on, 2off, 2on, 3off
- 6:30am - 18:30pm days and nights
- starting immediately
- up to 25p/h - ( paid via umbrella )
- temp ongoing position
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 , 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- DBS certificate ( if you don't have a DBS you will be required to complete one prior to start )
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
