Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer

About the Role:
Are you a skilled Electrical Site Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join a prestigious corporate office team in the heart of Victoria, London. This role involves working within a small, dedicated team responsible for the maintenance and operation of high-profile properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned maintenance and quoted works, including out-of-hours tasks as required.
- Perform emergency/reactive repair works.
- Participate in building shutdowns.
- Work closely with a 3-man team onsite to ensure smooth operations.
- Operate on an early/late shift schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM.
- Join the call-out rota, participating once every three weeks with a 75 standby allowance.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 46,000 per annum.
- Annual Leave: 25 days per year, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, early/late shift (7 AM - 4 PM / 10 AM - 7 PM).

Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (BEng, City &Guilds, BTEC, HND)
- 2-3 years Facilities Maintenance experience (Essential)
- Strong knowledge of planned maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Willingness to participate in call-out rota and building shutdowns.
