DL M&E are on the lookout for an Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer. Working in their Electrical Testing Department is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to expand their career portfolio and establish their presence in the industry by working on a variety of innovative projects throughout the U.K. Although DL M&E are based in the Northwest, they are keen to build their operations team across the U.K.

Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer main duties and requirements

The main duties and requirements of the role include:

  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing 2391/2392
  • City & Guilds 2382-18 18th Edition Course, however training can be provided
  • ECS Gold Card
  • Experience inspecting commercial installations
  • Experience in a variety of sectors, particularly banking, leisure and retail
  • Excellent written presentation skills
  • A demonstrable history of completing electrical inspections with a fast turnover at a high quality
  • Liaising with the Testing Manager across a variety of projects

The ability to travel throughout the UK, overnight stays and out of hours working will be required.

In return for the above we offer an excellent remuneration package which includes:

  • Hourly rate of £20.46
  • Additional rates apply when supervising
