Howells Solutions are with a main contractor to recruit Maintenance Electricians to carry out reactive maintenance and testing to occupied high end properties in the Ealing Area.
This is a mobile role, traveling to domestic properties for preventative & reactive maintenance and remedial work on occupied and unoccupied (voids) properties.
Receiving instructions and completing reports via PDA, work includes immersion heaters, fans, showers, security lighting, communal lights, domestic electrics, completion of minor works certificates and inspection, testing & remedial work on exchanges and voids.

Electrician Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (essential)
- 18th edition (essential)
- 2391
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience in EICR testing
- Good Communication skills
