We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to work for a large contractor in high end residential properties. As a Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in social housing properties. You will work closely with our maintenance team to provide efficient and effective electrical services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in high end residential properties
  2. Carrying out EICR Test and Remedials on a PDA Device ( London and surrounding Areas )
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely manner.
  4. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders.
  6. Inspect and test electrical systems to identify and address potential hazards.
  7. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Housing Electrician or a similar role.
  2. Valid electrician license/certification. Must have 18th edition, 2391 and NVQ level 3
  3. Must have experience in EICR Testing
  4. Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and maintenance techniques.
  5. Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations.
  6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
