Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Multiple Locations, Central London?Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 per annum?Hours: Monday - Friday?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems.?

  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.?

  • Ensure the continuous operation and optimal performance of electrical systems.?

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.?

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.?

  • Collaborate with site management and other engineers.

  • Fire Alarm testing

  • Emergency Lighting Testing ?

  • Inspection of Electrical Panels

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds/NVQ certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.?

  • Experience in building services maintenance within commercial environments
