Job Description: Foot Mobile Engineer/Semi Static (Electrical)
Salary: £38,000 £43,000 per annum
Location: West London(covering 3 buildings)
Travel: Includes Zones 1-3 travel card

Position Overview:
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with solid experience in building services to join the team as a Foot Mobile Engineer/Semi Static. The role involves covering only three buildings, all located in West London. With no call-out duties, this position offers an attractive work-life balance and a range of benefits, including overtime opportunities and flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems within the assigned buildings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain building service standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults across various building systems.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth operations within the buildings.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in building services maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3, 17th/18th Edition).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to carry out maintenance independently.
- Previous experience working in commercial buildings is essential.
