Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer - Central London - Up to £45k + Benefits
We are seeking an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join an established multi-disciplined design consultancy based in the heart of London.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including education, commercial, healthcare and residential.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking electrical services designs from various RIBA/BSRIA Stages.
- Preparing detailed designs, calculations, specifications and reports.
- Liaising with architects, structural engineers and other design team members to ensure the integration of electrical services.
- Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure the electrical services are integrated with other building services installations.
- Working with project managers to ensure projects are delivered within time and budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other relevant degree.
- Previous experience in building services engineering.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Amtech.
- Knowledge of lighting design and calculations.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
