Are you an experienced Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer ready to take your career to the next level? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global facilities management (FM) company as a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Based at a prestigious City site, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing a small, skilled team while staying hands-on with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5 maintenance engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure top-level service.
- Hands-On Work: Approximately 50% of your time will be on the tools, performing maintenance and repair of electrical/mechanical systems and equipment.
- Maintenance Excellence: Conduct routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure site compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to maintain optimal operational standards.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks and any corrective measures taken.
- Qualifications: Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent + 18th Edition
- Preferred Certifications: LVAP (Low Voltage Authorised Person) or HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven background in electrical maintenance and leading a team of engineers
