Lead Engineer - Electrical Bias

Location: Static site - West LondonContract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)Salary: £47,000 + company benefits & further training

About the Role:Join our Building Services team as a Lead Engineer, overseeing the maintenance of a prestigious property. You'll manage client relationships, ensure high service standards, and lead a team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of all equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage KPIs and SLAs, optimising resources to meet targets.
  • Oversee subcontractor quality through audits and spot checks.
  • Maintain accurate CAFM records and report to the helpdesk.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks across all building systems.

About You:

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent electrical installation
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with an electrical bias.
  • Skilled in task management using mobile technology.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with H&S legislation, including COSHH, confined spaces, and L8.
