Are you an experienced Building Services Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background, looking for a new challenge? - Salary up to £53,000 per annum

Duties
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of shift engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical escalations and emergency situations during the shift.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Conduct shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of outstanding tasks, incidents, and system status.
- Oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnosis across critical systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
- Ensure the continuous operation of critical assets, such as UPS systems, generators, switchgear, chillers, and building management systems (BMS).
- Monitor and respond to alarms via the BMS and other monitoring platforms, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Act as an HV Authorised Person (HV AP), responsible for switching, isolation's, and issuing permits to work on HV systems.
- Perform safe switching operations and maintenance on high-voltage and low-voltage equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and generators.

- C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition
- C&G 2391 (Desirable)
- High-Voltage Authorised Person (Essential)
