We are currently on the look for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a large commercial property in Liverpool Street (Electrical or Mechanical Bias). This role will cover Landlord maintenance, undergo PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E equipment, liaise with sub contractors. You will be joining a rapidly growing building service provider who are well known for progressing their staff into managerial positions in the long term future. This role will follow a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanical Related Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience prior in similar roles, client facing attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
- Single and three phase power
- Legionella awareness
- AHUs / FCUs
- Plant room checks
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- General maintenance duties
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations + 17th /18th Edition or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience prior in similar roles
- Client facing attitude
- Polite and personable
Salary and Benefits:
- £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
