We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a dynamic team in a commercial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, varied settings and has a strong background in commercial maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment within a commercial setting.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work alongside a team of engineers to maintain the smooth operation of the building's systems.
- Ensure all maintenance work is documented accurately.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Proven experience in commercial maintenance.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a commercial environment is essential.
