We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join a team in NW London. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued business customers, covering the London and South East region. What you'll be doing:

Responding to service calls and diagnosing, repairing, and reporting on faults on industrial electrical equipment
Identifying and reporting on machine and installation conditions, providing recommendations for improvement
Checking and commissioning equipment installations to ensure optimal performance
Carrying out basic installations of equipment and systems
Preparing and testing ex-rental equipment for delivery to customers
Conducting routine maintenance visits to check equipment and identify potential issues
Maintaining van stock control and updating inventory on systems

What we're looking for:

Mechanical and electrical experience
Proficient in reading electrical schematics
A strong technical aptitude, problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid, clean UK driver's license
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Excellent work ethic, always striving to do the best
