We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join a team in NW London. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued business customers, covering the London and South East region. What you'll be doing:
  • Responding to service calls and diagnosing, repairing, and reporting on faults on industrial electrical equipment 
  • Identifying and reporting on machine and installation conditions, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Checking and commissioning equipment installations to ensure optimal performance
  • Carrying out basic installations of equipment and systems
  • Preparing and testing ex-rental equipment for delivery to customers
  • Conducting routine maintenance visits to check equipment and identify potential issues
  • Maintaining van stock control and updating inventory on systems
What we're looking for:
  • Mechanical and electrical experience 
  • Proficient in reading electrical schematics
  • A strong technical aptitude, problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid, clean UK driver's license
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent work ethic, always striving to do the best
