JOB INFORMATION - Electrical & Mechanical Engineer - Static
The position is based at a large multi property luxury residential complex in Fulham where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical and mechanical ppms and reactive maintenance on lighting, fire alarms, LEDS, compliance, controls, HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, temp checks, water hygiene etc
As and electrical & mechanical engineer you will join a small team, carrying out a variety of compliance checks across the site. This will include the gyms and other communal areas. The site has 7 apartment blocks with more under construction.
This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of a brand new contract.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION
- The ideal Electrical & Mechanical Engineer will have experience of working on electrical/mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands on experience with electrical ppms' and remedials, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, HVAC, mechanical and plantroom service and maintenance, compliance and so on.
- Experience and knowledge of PPMs and site compliance will be essential
