Terms: Continental Shift Pattern Days & Nights
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between £48,000 - £50,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
* City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing or Electrical
*18th Edition
* Building services experience
About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong shift engineer to be based on a critical data center in Enfield. There is free on site parking as well as bundles of overtime available. You are part of large team on site and will be working in a team of 2 on shift.
Responsibilities:
- PPMs & reactive maintenance
- AHUs & FCUs
- Emergency lighting
- Fire alarm tests
- HVAC maintenance
- Heating and cooling related issues.
- UPS systems
- General building services
