Your new companyOur client are a large, well-known construction business who are a leading infrastructure group based out of the UK. They are hiring a Mobile Maintenance Electrical Engineer to operate on a van mobile basis, with company van provided, to maintain their own mixed-use commercial portfolio across the South East.Your new roleAs a Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will carry out all manner of electrical maintenance and repair duties to a number of commercial properties across the South East. Key duties will include:
- PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Day-to-day electrical repairs (lights, sockets, switchfaces etc.)
- Fuse boards etc.
- Breakdowns etc.
- Plant room repairs and escalations as required.
- Planned maintenance and checks (emergency lighting etc.)
- General maintenance where possible (basic plumbing, carpentry etc.) - this is not essential
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in operating as a maintenance electrician within a commercial environment. You will also require:
- Electrical maintenance experience across all aspects of commercial property
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
- 18th edition
- AM2
- Gold CSCS or proof that you qualify for this (cost to prove can be covered)
- Full UK driving license
