The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team, covering London and the Home Counties. If you have a strong background in electrical maintenance and a broad range of skills in building services, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on a wide range of electrical and building systems.
- Completing electrical installations and minor works, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Carrying out mechanical and HVAC maintenance tasks as required.
- Conducting testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Responding to emergency call-outs, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of work carried out, including service reports and timesheets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled electrical engineer in a mobile role.
- Strong electrical knowledge, including testing and inspecting, installations, and fault-finding.
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- F-Gas certification and mechanical skills (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the Home Counties.
