About the Role:

I'm currently working with one of my top clients, a leading name in the facilities management sector, to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team on a high-profile commercial contract based in the heart of London City.

This role offers a unique chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility, handling both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. What My Client is Looking For:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, and ideally City & Guilds 2391 for testing and inspection.
  • Experience: Proven track record in facilities management or commercial building maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical systems but ideally also some exposure to mechanical services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
