Now seeking a motivated new team member, we are actively recruiting for a Mulit Skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer who is seeking a permanent position with a successful company who are market leaders in their field.The Maintenance Shift Engineer will report into the Team Lead and will focus on delivering work to a high standard across Planned Maintenance, breakdowns, projects, installing new equipment and completing building/infrastructure improvements.Preferred Skills & Experience:A Multi-Skilled Engineer.Previous experience working within the maintenance function of a production or manufacturing environment is highly desirable, but those with electrical & mechanical skills from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply!You will need to have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold a related engineering qualification at NVQ/C&G Level 3 or above.You will have good attention to detail and the ability to work safely.You will need knowledge or experience of some of the following: 3 phase motors, belts, bearings, chains, hydraulics, pneumatics, steam systems or boilers, gears, pumps, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, PLC’s etc.Good fault-finding skills.Hold a friendly demeanour and proactive approach to work, including the ability to work well as part of the Maintenance team.If this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up to date CV to Wesley at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
