Job Title: Multi-Skilled TechnicianPay: £28 per hourMonday-Friday
08:00-17:00

Main Duties include:
- Performs electrical isolation of circuits, equipment & plant for themselves & others
- Capable of understanding and working from mechanical / electrical schematics.
- Attends reactive tasks and emergency breakdowns as required.
- Proficient in maintenance and fault diagnosis of AHUs, pumps, fan coil units, motors and controls systems.
- Is proficient in the use of proprietary computer systems to keep in line with contract requirements. This would include Planon universe, BMS systems, automatic controls, email, word, excel etc.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical aspects of plant, systems and equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools, associated trade tools, equipment and machinery for maintenance, repairand minor improvement/new work to required standard.
- 18th Edition
- City and Guilds - Testing & Inspection / Electrical Installation BS 7671 / Building Services Accreditation
- Good knowledge of Plumbing
- PAT testing
