Key Responsibilities of this NDEA role:
- Conducting detailed energy assessments and issuing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Reviewing building performance data and providing actionable energy efficiency recommendations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored energy solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with energy regulations and industry standards, including Part L.
- Training junior team members.
To be considered for the NDEA role, you'll need:
- NDEA certification (Level 4 or 5).
- Experience in a similar role with EPC production and energy efficiency assessments.
- A solid understanding of energy efficiency standards, building regulations, SBEM and Part L compliance.
- Proficiency with energy assessment software and tools.
- You must be based in or around London.
