This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified NDEA to join an innovative team of energy assessors in the South East, working on a variety of impactful projects. If you're looking to take the next step in your career and work with a forward-thinking team, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities of this NDEA role:

  • Conducting detailed energy assessments and issuing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
  • Reviewing building performance data and providing actionable energy efficiency recommendations.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored energy solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with energy regulations and industry standards, including Part L.
  • Training junior team members.

To be considered for the NDEA role, you'll need:

  • NDEA certification (Level 4 or 5).
  • Experience in a similar role with EPC production and energy efficiency assessments.
  • A solid understanding of energy efficiency standards, building regulations, SBEM and Part L compliance.
  • Proficiency with energy assessment software and tools.
  • You must be based in or around London.
