As a Principal Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead and manage complex electrical design projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to the strategic direction of the electrical engineering department.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
