An opportunity has arisen with our client聽Building Services, Manchester, for the position of Prin-cipal Electrical Engineer. Working as a key member of the team, you will be provided with the au-tonomy to design Mechanical services in many sectors of the industry and be client facing, repre-senting the Company at all levels.
Based in our office a stone鈥檚 throw from Borough Market in the heart of Southwark鈥檚 thriv-ing Bankside, our welcoming and diverse team are working on some of the most prestig-ious and innovative projects in the UK and across the world. From sustainability-focused offices and commercial premises to cutting-edge healthcare facilities and from award-win-ning retail developments to major new residential communities, you鈥檒l have the opportunity to play a major role in delivering schemes across a huge range of sectors.
Requirments;
路 You will have experience in using recognised design software tools such as REVIT and ide-ally have exposure to MagiCAD
路 Have great communication skills that can adapt both to external parties and clients but also within the team
路 Understand project needs and be able to manage the full delivery
路 You will have recognised qualifications in Electrical services design and either be working towards Chartered Status, or have an interest in doing so
路 Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team in support to deliver projects
路 Experience of people management is desirable
路 Future flexibility will be needed for regular co-operation, travel and inter-office working
