This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead the development of Building Services designs across diverse projects, from commercial offices and residential developments to sports stadia.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and specification of Electrical Building Services systems.
Oversee detailed calculations and create technical specifications using industry-standard tools.
Manage project delivery, including budget considerations and client communications.
Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams on innovative, high-profile projects.
Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

About You:

Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering (or related field); Chartered status (CIBSE/IET) preferred, not required.
Extensive experience in Building Services Design Engineering, with proficiency in software’s such as Amtech, Dialux/Relux, NBS, Autodesk, and Revit.
Strong technical and design skills, with excellent report-writing abilities.
A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to lead and take responsibility for projects.
