Electrical Resident Engineer MEP
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrically biased Resident Engineer from an MEP background to secure a long-term contract on a major data centre project in London.

- 6 months initial contract with a good potential for 18 months of work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RESIDENT ENGINEER
- The Resident Engineer will be the eyes and ears of the Design Consultant on the projectresponsible for inspecting and commenting on the engineering services installations undertaken by contractors.
- Assisting then design team in reviewing the installation drawing progress, benchmarking, and technical submittals.
- The Resident Engineer will be responsible for witness testing and overseeing the commissioning of the electrical services installations.
ELECTRICAL RESIDENT ENGINEER SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
- The Electrical Resident Engineer will have demonstrated experience of working as a Resident Engineer (Electrical or MEP) on international hyperscale data centre projects ideally however a critical systems environment will be considered.
- The Electrical Resident Engineer will have worked on projects that have had multiple stakeholder design teams and must be comfortable in dealing with them.
