The Role
They are seeking a Senior or Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join their talented London team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a passion for designing sophisticated electrical systems, managing complex projects, and mentoring junior engineers. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping high-performance electrical systems for diverse and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical design projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
* Develop detailed electrical designs, including LV/HV power distribution, lighting, and critical systems.
* Oversee feasibility studies, load calculations, and compliance assessments.
* Manage client relationships and present design concepts and updates.
* Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
