Their London office is at the forefront of some of the most exciting and technically challenging projects in the UK and Middle East.

The Role:
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their dynamic London team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects, ranging from commercial and residential developments to healthcare and educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex electrical designs, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the electrical design process for a variety of projects, ensuring all designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
* Develop and produce detailed electrical engineering designs, including schematics, layouts, and calculations.
* Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure integrated and optimised design solutions.
* Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, reports, and documentation.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and financial efficiency.
* Conduct site inspections, surveys, and audits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and external consultants to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably within a consultancy environment.
* Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it would be an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of relevant British Standards, building regulations, and industry guidelines.
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
