Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the electrical design process for large-scale commercial and some data centre projects.
* Develop, review, and implement electrical systems at RIBA Stages 3 and 4.
* Oversee fit-out and refurbishment designs, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
About You
* Experience: Strong background in commercial building design, with proven experience in fit-outs and refurbishments.
* Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, design codes, and standards.
* Leadership: Ability to manage and guide project teams effectively.
* Commitment: Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
