Senior / Principal - key attributes:
- Proven ability to lead projects and support team members
- Self-motivated with solid technical knowledge; residential experience is desirable, but a broad understanding is essential
- Driven to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in conducting client meetings independently or alongside mechanical colleagues
- Committed to driving efficiency and quality through consistent, high-quality design
- Responsible for the design and specification of electrical engineering solutions in line with current regulations and standards
- Direct involvement with clients and project engineers to outline project requirements and develop technical solutions
- Overseeing pre-construction activities, including design development, construction details, service coordination, technical submissions, sub-contracts, etc.
- Providing technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams
- Delivering off-site technical support to construction teams
- Competitive salary
- Associate: 80k - 85k
- Principal: 70k - 75k
- Senior: 60k - 65k
