We are looking for a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team, working on a variety of Building Services projects focused on low carbon design and sustainability. These projects cover sectors such as emergency services, housing, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Design building services to meet client requirements and statutory obligations.
Maintain detailed project documentation.
Ensure designs comply with regulations and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Prepare specifications, drawings, and schedules for electrical services.
Review and verify design work.
Conduct site surveys, commissioning, and testing.
Prepare budget estimates, tender documents, and contract arrangements.
Attend project and technical meetings.

Essential Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in building services.
Membership of IET or CIBSE, or equivalent knowledge.
Proficiency in AMTECH and Dialux software.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Degree/Chartership (CEng) or equivalent
Experience in Healthcare/NHS projects
Ability to conduct condition surveys and write reports
