Currently, the company is working on a landmark 35 million shell & core commercial office development in Central London and is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead the delivery of electrical packages for this prestigious project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design, procurement, and execution of electrical works to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of shell & core electrical packages, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to meet project milestones.
- Serve as the main point of contact for electrical-related queries and updates with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers as part of their development journey.
Key Skills and Experience
- Background: Proven experience working with a tier-one building services contractor in London.
- Project Expertise: Experience in delivering shell & core M&E packages valued at 20 million or more.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Personal Attributes: Career-driven, client-facing, and eager to progress into senior leadership roles.
