Time Appointments are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a large construction firm who are currently seeking to appoint a highly skilled Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their successful and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high level
  • Assisting all technical enquiries from other staff members
  • Working closely with contractors and project managers
  • Drawing up detailed specifications and drawings
  • Review M&E tenders received and preparing tender reports
  • Project manage M&E site works from Tender to completion

Skills & Experience required:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer Status
  • Use Of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Regulations
  • Full clean driving license
