Time Appointments are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a large construction firm who are currently seeking to appoint a highly skilled Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their successful and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high level
- Assisting all technical enquiries from other staff members
- Working closely with contractors and project managers
- Drawing up detailed specifications and drawings
- Review M&E tenders received and preparing tender reports
- Project manage M&E site works from Tender to completion
Skills & Experience required:
- Degree in Engineering
- Chartered Engineer Status
- Use Of AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Regulations
- Full clean driving license
