As a HIU & FCU Engineer, you'll be crucial in maintaining, servicing, and installing Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). Your problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service will be invaluable as you provide both planned and reactive repairs to pipework, equipment, and associated fittings.

Your role will involve commissioning, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting HIU and FCU systems, carrying out repairs in plant rooms, working with asset management systems, and delivering outstanding customer service.

To succeed, you'll need experience maintaining, servicing, and installing HIU and FCU units, a strong plumbing background, and an Unvented hot water certificate. A City & Guilds level 2 in plumbing and heating or equivalent is essential, along with a full UK driving license. A Part P electrical qualification is desirable. Excellent time management, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset are key to this role.

Your Role:

  • Commission, service, repair, and troubleshoot HIU and FCU systems
  • Carry out repairs in plant rooms
