Our client, is currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their dynamic team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing senior highways engineering solutions
- Designing and planning highways, links, roads, and junctions
- Creating detailed designs for walking and cycling routes using Civil3D/Site3D
- Managing planning approvals and developing detailed designs
- Working on drainage engineering projects, including flood risk assessments and drainage flow designs using MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
- Ensuring compliance with sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS) regulations
- Collaborating with the infrastructure team and maintaining effective communication
- Participating in both remote and occasional in-office work, as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in infrastructure development within the high-technology programmes sector
- Proficiency in Civil3D/Site3D for detailed design work
- Skilled in flood risk assessments and drainage flow analysis
- Understanding of sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS)
- Experience in obtaining planning approvals
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
