An opportunity to join a boutiqueMEP Consultancy. The team is currently sitting at around 15 heads. You will be a part of a team of experts who specilise in mainly commercial and residential projects.
Role Expectations;
- Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial buildings
- Thorough understanding of Building Regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE Guides
- Proficient in performing heating and cooling calculations using IES VE software
- Skilled in pipe sizing calculations
- Good knowledge of ASHP, EAHP, and District heating networks
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus, though not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Capable of adhering to company standards and utilizing standard documents
- Attention to detail
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure project targets are met and issues are addressed
- Review and prepare drawings created by the internal CAD team
- The role will primarily be remote, but occasional travel to meet clients may be required
