SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm plus overtime

Repairs, fault finding, larger repairs and servicing work of HIU’S

Van provided

£50,000 if you have gas cert £55,000 per annum

About the role…

Residential

a.           HIU Servicing – Happy to carry out training to meet the requirements.

b.           Replace HIUs

c.            Replace different setups to HIUs

EC Works:

a.           Boiler repairs – 80kW or above

b.           Pumps – Repairs/Replacement

c.            Pressurisation Unit servicing – Annually

d.           Plant replacement

e.            Upgrades to the Plant room that may require shutdowns or invasive works

Network/Distribution

a.           Replace distribution pipe section that are defective/leaking

b.           Replace/repair risers pipes

c.            Replace/repair communal pipes

About you…

• Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications and experience
• Gas safe registered.
• Plumbing and heating qualification like G3 unvented HWS.
• HIU breakdown and install experience
• Commercial plant room repairs 
• Electrical experience - Optional 
• F-Gas qualified - Optional
