Senior Mechanical Engineer - To 65K + bonus + quick progression + secure workload
With a focus on innovation, efficiency and reliability, this commercial property consultancy is looking for an additional Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for their London office.
You'd become a key part of a fully integrated in-house M&E Design & Projects Consultancy team, within this commercial property consultancy. Most of the work comes internally from the other disciplines, so they don't need to competitively tender and never need to enter into the fastest race to the bottom in terms of fees.
This creates a much more enjoyable working environment for everyone and having access to every discipline in-house means that you are all working together; to achieve the same outcomes. This allows communication to be honest and transparent; and ensures projects are never rushed out the door before they have undergone a thorough QA process.
The role
Led by a supportive and friendly M&E Director who is qualified to do both M&E Design (yes, they are Chartered in both M & E disciplines!) you'll develop your technical and also project management skills.
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing the mechanical (HVAC) systems on a variety of projects across central London. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful design and delivery of projects; whilst you work directly with the client or end user as you work as the clients representative.
You'll grow professionally and enjoy working on interesting projects that have sufficient fees, directly with end user clients.
This role will appeal to a Mechanical Design Engineer from a M&E consulting engineering, who wants to move into the Commercial Real Estate sector.
